Brownies anyone?

Sometimes, it's ok to indulge in a little sweet, especially if it's a one bowl miracle. That's right, this is a "one bowl brownie". No need to whip out your mixer; but alright, you do need to sift your flour and cocoa powder. I made this for a new friend I met. I hope she liked it. :)

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
1eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray or butter it up.
3. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and cocoa and stir until cocoa is dissolved.
4. Add sugar and mix well.
5. Add egg, vanilla extract, sifted flour and salt, but don't overmix.
6. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.

ENJOY!

I love brownies, like they say "a toutes les sauces" or dressed any way possible; I recently made some with tahini for lenti and they were amazing too;
by the way, you asked if you could make the yogurt cheese with fat free yogurt, sure, but why? I would recommend a low fat one, which is 99% fat free and still creamy and tasty; fat free is chalky tasting

@Tasteofbeirut - thanks for your comments! Wow, how would you use tahini with brownie? That's an interesting combo! :)
